This rich, and slightly sweet and tangy sauce is a nice AIP alternative to Thai peanut sauce. Serve as a dipping sauce with sliced vegetables or drizzled over steamed vegetables and cauliflower rice for a Thai-themed meal.

Ingredients

 ½ cup Coconut butter
 2 tablespoons No soy sauce
 2 teaspoons Maple syrup
 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
 1 teaspoon Ginger powder
 ¼ cup Lime juice(about 1 large lime juiced)
 ½ cup Coconut milk
 ¼ cup WaterAs needed, to thin

Add coconut butter and coconut milk to a sauce pan. Heat over low heat until the coconut butter is melted.

Add all other ingredients to the saucepan and stir.
