 7.50 ounces Canned Salmon
 2.50 ounces Olive OilIf you like your tonnato even creamier, add another ounce of olive oil
 ½ ounce Capers
 ¼ teaspoon Salt

Drain canned salmon and add all ingredients into an immersion blender. Blend until smooth. (You may need to stir with a spoon and blend twice if chunks of salmon get stuck at the bottom). Garnish with additional capers and olive oil.
