This quick and easy salmon chowder uses canned salmon for a simple and cost effective soup that is delicious!
The recipe was originally inspired by this Seafood Chowder from Restorative Cuisine.
Ingredients

Directions
Prepare vegetables. Slice onion, carrots, celery. Chop cauliflower into small florets.
Add olive oil to a large pot; add sliced onions and saute for 5 minutes.
Add drained canned salmon along with the sliced celery, carrots and cauliflower to pot along with the bone broth. Simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender
Add coconut milk and salt to taste
Serving Size 1, 10oz. bowl

Made this chowder for dinner and it was super easy to make and very tasty! Will definitely make it again!
Wasn’t sure about the serving size as it said yields 1 serving but I got 3 servings so I get to have it again tomorrow! Yummy 😋
How much cauliflower? It isn’t listed in ingredients
