About AIP

The autoimmune protocol (AIP) is a wellness diet to help with chronic disease management. It focuses on nourishing the body with nutrient-rich foods, such as vegetables, seafood and organ meats, while eliminating inflammatory foods that might contribute to disease. The AIP diet can help heal your gut, reduce inflammation and heal autoimmune disease.

To help you get started, here are lists of foods you can eat and foods you cannot eat. These lists can be helpful guides to print and keep as handy references for meal planning and grocery shopping.
